Important Pickup & Return Information:

Rentals are prepared and brought curbside at our Independence location.

Bring a suitable vehicle, tie-downs, and help for loading. Loading assistance is not guaranteed.

Park on the street and arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

Return all equipment clean, dry, complete, and protected from weather.

Important: Delivery and special rental requests cannot be booked through our regular online booking system. All requests must be submitted through our Special Rental Request & Delivery Form for review, availability, and pricing.

Delivery & Setup Information
Yes, we deliver! We serve Independence, surrounding Eastern Iowa communities, and may consider locations farther away.
Delivery is available weekdays and weekends, depending on availability.
Delivery Pricing & Requirements

$300 Rental Minimum: Generally, your rental equipment must total at least $300 to qualify for delivery. Delivery fees, setup, takedown, and taxes are additional and do not count toward this minimum.

Smaller Orders: May still qualify for delivery, especially within Independence. You're welcome to request a quote.

Delivery Fee: Calculated separately based on distance, fuel, travel time, labor, order size, schedule and accessibility.

Setup & Takedown: Available upon request for additional fees.
Delivery Times & Accessibility

Delivery Window: Most deliveries are scheduled within a 1–2 hour arrival window.

Exact-Time Delivery: May be available for an additional charge.

Standard Drop-Off: Generally within 45 feet of where our vehicle can safely park.

Additional Charges: Stairs, long carrying distances, difficult access, or other obstacles may result in extra fees.
