Delivery requests and custom event orders are now being accepted for select events and locations as delivery service expands later this summer.
Customer Pickup – How It Works
Our pickup process is designed to be simple and flexible. Book online anytime using our standard rental schedule, or submit a custom request for different timing or special arrangements.

Standard Rental Schedule:
• Weekend Rentals:
Pickup Friday (9 AM–6 PM)
Return Monday (9 AM–6 PM)
• Weekday Rentals:
Pickup Monday (9 AM–6 PM)
Return Thursday (9 AM–6 PM)
Standard rentals are a flat rate for the full 4 day rental window, whether items are used for one day or the entire rental period.

Last-Minute Rental Notice:
Events within 7 days cannot be booked online. Please contact us directly to check availability.
Last-minute rentals are not reserved and pickup times are not confirmed until payment is completed. Payment must be made online before items are released. No cash or checks accepted.

Pickup & Return Details
Customer pickup rentals are from our Independence location.
Items will be brought out at pickup and handed to you. Customers are responsible for loading, unloading, securing, and caring for rental items while in their possession.
Scheduling Notes:
• No Saturday pickups or returns
• Sunday night returns may be available by request
Please return items reasonably clean and free of food or debris. Do not leave items uncovered in rain or severe weather conditions.
Pickup and return reminders will be sent before your rental.
Custom Rental Requests
Need different dates, delivery, a larger order, or something not available through online booking?
Use the Special Rental Request Form.
Used for:
• Delivery requests, flexible scheduling, larger events, custom rental requests.
Requests are reviewed based on availability, scheduling, inventory, and location.
Most requests receive
a response within 24–48 hours.
Delivery – How It Works
We’re currently accepting delivery requests for larger events beginning mid-to-late summer 2026.
Submit your event details, rental items, location, and any setup requests through our request form.
Once submitted, we’ll review availability, pricing, scheduling, and delivery details for your event.

DELIVERY DETAILS & AVAILABILITY
• Delivery available within Independence city limits for orders over $100. Delivery fee is separate.
• Delivery available for larger orders and events
• Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and setup requirements
• Standard delivery includes drop-off within 40 feet of the vehicle
• Setup requests may be available for an additional fee
• Availability depends on scheduling, inventory, and location
• Most deliveries are scheduled within a general arrival window
